Derivative Works License

Welcome, Painters! Thank you for your interest in using my photography as inspiration for your artwork. I'm happy and encouraged that my images resonate with your creative vision. To ensure clarity and protect the rights of both artists, I now offer a straightforward licensing process for using my photographs as reference material. Please complete the form below to initiate your license and gain permission to use my chosen photograph(s) for your painting endeavors.

As a fine art photographer, my images are my livelihood and are protected by copyright. By obtaining a license, you gain clear permission to use my photographs as a visual guide for your original paintings. This process ensures that you have the right to create your artwork inspired by my photography, while also respecting my intellectual property. Once you submit the form and payment, I will personally review your request and send you a signed contract outlining the terms of our agreement, including proper attribution guidelines. This formal agreement protects both you and me, ensuring a positive and professional collaboration. I look forward to seeing the beautiful artwork you create!
